I tend to go at 6am, but its starting to get light now. Reflective vest, bike light. Hydrate the night before. Thats all really.

I drink a litre before beddy bies :) After you're used to maintaining a good level of hydration you sleep through.

I MAY have had to get up twice a night back in the day :p
