I really hate those low cadence exercises my puny legs feel the burn so quickly!
Join told me to have a rest day yesterday, which I scoffed at because I
clearly know better. Did a Zwift prescribed session instead and turns out Join was probably correct as even though I went to bed really early last night Bevel has my recovery score and HRV both in the bin! So nothing more for me to do today. Annoyed as wanted to try and tick off another route from TDZ but I do feel more more tired than usual today - turns out I do not know better...
Unrelated but the workout I did on Zwift yesterday had a few 10 second intervals at 550w but my trainer wasn't able to respond fast enough in ERG for me to get the complete star so I tried that portion of the workout not in ERG mode. Much better for really short high intervals but made me realise how hard it is to stick to the recovery parts.
