I've been enjoying it so far. It has offered me a nice mix of workouts, some of which have been quite painful (I didn't like 'Madness Short'!). I do keep trying to move my indoor 'intensive endurance' day to a Monday but it keeps putting Vo2Max intervals back into future Monday's. I would much rather do this later in the week.

no 50% off here so canceled :) I think it's alright but not on the level of trainerroad, zwift or rouvy so price should reflect that.

I'm happy with the offering. It's keeping me engaged with training so that's the most important part. Do I think it's as mature/good as Trainer Road? No. Do I think Trainer Road offers enough to justify the almost 2.5x price difference? Also no.

Hopefully they offer you the £50 offer for the year eventually because for that price I don't think anything has it beat

I opened the app today, to see my trial period has ended. I didn't get any offers, so have uninstalled the app.

I might just take a look at doing some of Zwift's training sessions...

Yeah, all i got was a 10% off a full years sub. My trial is up too. I liked it but I am wondering if chat GPT or something can replicate it? I've seen my mates use AI generated training programmes and they look quite good but wonder if they can somehow integrate with Strava or whoop to analyse your data and see if you need to dial it down a bit?

Tried it in Chat GTP

If you'd like, tell me:

  • Your current weekly mileage
  • Whether you train indoors (Zwift/trainer) or outdoors
  • Your specific goal (weight loss, sportive, race, Ironman, FTP increase)
  • How many hours per week you can train
And I’ll customise this into a precise plan just for you.

can you see my strava or whoop data and recognise when I am in need of a rest>?

Short answer: No — I can’t see your Strava or WHOOP data automatically.

I don’t have access to external accounts like:

  • Strava
  • WHOOP
Unless you manually paste or upload your data here, I can’t view it.

But — yes, I can analyse it for you

If you share things like:

  • Weekly training load
  • Resting heart rate (RHR) trends
  • HRV trends
  • WHOOP recovery scores
  • Sleep duration
  • Recent ride intensity (TSS, time in zones, etc.)
  • How you feel (very important)
I can absolutely help you determine:

  • If you’re under-recovered
  • If you need a rest day
  • If you’re approaching overtraining
  • Whether to push or back off

What I’d Look For (Recovery Red Flags)

WHOOP Signals

  • 2–3 consecutive days of low recovery (red zone)
  • HRV trending downward for 3+ days
  • RHR elevated 5–10 bpm above baseline

Strava / Training Load Signals

  • Sharp spike in weekly load (>20% jump)
  • Multiple high-intensity days stacked together
  • Power/pace dropping at normal effort

Body Signals (Most Important)

  • Heavy legs that don’t “open up”
  • Poor sleep despite fatigue
  • Irritability or low motivation
  • Elevated perceived effort at easy pace

If you’d like, paste:

  • Your last 7 days of strain/load
  • HRV + RHR trend
  • Sleep hours
  • How you feel (1–10)
I’ll tell you honestly whether you need:

  • Full rest
  • Active recovery
  • Reduced intensity
  • Or if you’re good to train hard
And I’ll explain the reasoning behind it.

That's an interesting idea. I use Gemini instead of ChatGPT, so I've entered loads of info into a Cycling Coach Gem. I can tell it what my cycling tendencies are, what my current power over 15s, 1m, 5m and 20m. I exported a health report from Withings and attached that and then told it my goals and also upcoming cycling trips and events.

I've now added the weekend gpx files and it's made me a zwo file to use on Zwift tomorrow. It's then made me a 4 week plan for the run into my next trip, but it looks a little light. Only one workout a week and one gym session.

It would be great if there was a way to link into Stava. As it stands, it's not too much work to export gpx files each time. I need to see what I can export from Whoop.

I've used claude to write some training stuff and you definitely have to discuss quite a lot and push it in the right direction. It still doesn't give enough push back either, much like all the AI tools.

If you see something that looks wrong, question it without trying to direct it towards a particular outcome otherwise you generally get that outcome. Thats fine if thats what you want but if you just want more info or to nudge it, you have to be a little careful.

It's probably based of the ChatGPT LLM but I find myself talking to Bevel a whole lot more than I ever thought I would.

Not that it could design a plan but it's like a little pal in your pocket keeping an eye on your training load and goals.
