Journey Back to The Stage

Way to ruin my log you phaggots :(

And ice, I haven't started yet, ordered some MCT powder from Myprotein, and will start next week (Y)

**** you Steeds, at least now there are lifting related posts being made

MP MCT over the coconut oil that was posted? Doesn't matter really. Are you keen for an Iffley session soon?

Welcome to the dark side :p

Yeah Syla, really appreciated that email :)

And ice, I just got that as I had so many MP points to use, it ended up costing me like £2. Is it going to be much worse?

And yeah brah, next week sound good sometime?

Gains...not even once :(

No gym since last Tuesday and not a chance of it today either :( feel like AIDS and so weak. Probably eaten a days macros over the space of 5 days as well. Trying to keep hold of my gains by doing sets of 12 Remote Control curls, and 5x5 Untwist Duvet to keep my legs from wasting away

Flu AIDS :(

Thursday: Phaggot Legs

2 Second Leg Extensions - 35kg x15, 40kg x15, 45kg x15, 45kg x15
Squats - Bar x15, 60kg x12, 60kg x12, 80kg x10, 80kg x10, 100kg x4 (lol nope, 100kg just felt like 200kg, failed hard on the 5th)
Leg Press Single Leg - 100kg x10, 120kg x10, 130kg x10, 130kg x10
Walking Lunges - BW x20, 24kg x20, BW x30, 24kg x11 (failed hard)
Calf Raises - 40kg x15x5

That was a horrible session and made me feel weak as ****. Really annoyed walking out the gym. I know I've not done legs in nearly 2 weeks and had the flu, but that shouldn't have had that much an effect

And my right knee seems to be screwed up, hurt constantly throughout

You did shift a fair bit of weight before the 100kg set mate :) keep at it, probably still got a bit of flu left in you.

Yeah I probably should have done to be fair. But with my knee, I figured I'd probably need to warm up as it gets a bit sore and clicky otherwise. Think I over did it though

Squat is quite a technical lift, so I don't want fatigue/tightness from doing anything before. As you know it recruits a lot of muscle so should take priority in your lifting order. Makes a larger difference for me as I'm trying to increase strength.
