Thursday: Quads

Leg Extension - 40kg x12x2, 60kg x15x2
Squats - 60kg x12, 80kg x10, 100kg x8, 120kg x6, 120kg x5
Paused Squats - 80kg x12
Leg Press Single Leg - 120kg x10x2, 150kg x8x3
Walking Lunges - 24kg x20x2, BW x20

Too stronk
 
Cheers bros, it almost feels like I'm doing less volume as I'm doing less exercises now than I usually would, but because I do more sets per exercise it works out to be more volume, and I'm certainly getting all kinds of wheel gains

My squats are still turd, but I just have to accept that my squats are never going to be that brilliant. I'm sure I can improve the weight a lot still by sticking to the advice Scott gave me, but they're still never going to be great for me

Tried justifying skipping legs day today as we're training Saturday too. Felt guilty as fuark though after seeing icecolds log, so just went for some squats. Heat was brutal though :(
