I'd never have even given the 36kg DBs a go if it wasn't for training with Rob last week, didn't think I'd manage more than 1, but it was really comfortable so 38s this week seemed like a fairly safe bet. Next week I want to do 40s for at least 6

Just joking sweetie, it's a ridiculous weight if I'm honest! Are you resting it on the ground each rep or holding it in hand? Serious question, I'd snap in two I think.

Nah, it's in my hands the whole time. Just rep them out, get to full stretch at the bottom then back up for a half second pause. Rinse and repeat

V-Pushdowns - 35kg x10x2, 40kg x8
