DB Shoulder Press - 28kg x12x2, 36kg x8x2
Lateral Raises - 12kg x15x5
OHP - 40kg x10 (o lawd shoulders were so dead I was pushing pressing these), 40kg x8x2
Face Pulls - 35kg x12x4
Front Raises - 18kg x10x2
EZ Bar Curls - 30kg x10x4
Seated DB Curls - 12kg x10x3
21s - 20kg x3
Cable Curls - 15kg x30

When you log the ez bar weights do you include or exclude the weight? Just curious as I don't include the bar weight cause I don't know how much it weighs :D
