The main thing is whether or not you want it to be a buckle belt or one that uses a latch. Have you used either?
 
I've mainly used buckle belts, just because those are often lying around the gym, I can't say I have a preference really. Is one better than the other?
 
generally personal preference. Lever belts dont have any bits that can stick in to you where buckle belts do. I use a cheapy buckle belt from amazon

Tried a lever belt out when i went to pullum to get my shoes and it felt very similar, so without using it in anger i cant really say. Ice or Dom would be the best for feed back on them :)
 
It's possible to get really technical about box squatting, but the basics are that deload the weight on to the box while keeping tension in your core as if you were pause squatting. Your legs should maintain ~50% tension too, and there should be no change in back angle as you drive up.
 
Thursday: Chest/Bis

Bench Press - 60kg x10, 80kg x8, 90kg x5, 100kg x10x2, 90kg x9
Incline DB Press - 22kg x10, 28kg x10x2
Pause Press - 60kg x10x3
Incline DB Fly - 18kg x10x2
Bar Curls - 15kg x10, 35kg x10x2
Standing DB Curls - 18kg x10x2
Preacher Hammers - 14kg x10x2
 
Ditch the bench squats and do paused.. Got nothing to sit on then (apart from your ass if you can't get out the hole) ;)

Bench/Box squats have their uses for reinforcing form. You can't really do paused squats if your form is off.

I might go for a bench PB on Saturday

Deadlifts - 60kg x10x2, 100kg x5, 140kg x4x4, 160kg x2, 180kg x2, 140kg x10
Bent Over Rows - 100kg x10x3
Wide Grip Chins - BW x10x2, BW x8
One Arm Row - 36kg x10x2
Hamstring Curls - 35kg x10x3
Standing Single Leg Curls - 15kg x10x2, 20kg x10
