Jumping on the bandwagon (Nirvana baby sues Nirvana)

It's all a very interesting subject. It is in a large part due to the way society and the global economy works, simply because everything is, in essence a large pyramid scheme.

I also like the studies into luck and success. Obviously "luck" is incredibly hard to quantify, but this study was interesting

Thread necro - Nirvana wins the lawsuit against Spencer Elden. I was reading about the case only a couple of days ago to see if it has finally come to a close. Then I saw it linked on the Beeb's site just now and the judge has ruled in favour of Nirvana.


As others have already said here, Spencer Elden left it too late. Plus, Elden had the album's title tattooed on himself (source - Wiki). Also, I think common sense prevailed :)
