Jurassic World

They aren't tamed raptors, SS has said they are not tamed.

Nah my bad they aren't tamed they all just hooked up with each other and played happy families, then there dad died and they realised that they could hook up with the humans on bikes to hide their grief. True SS style....

Not tamed my arse!!!

This trailer tells me he trains raptors, they help him, then super mega dinosaur escapes but can communicate and other dinosaurs help it, flying beasties and raptors go crazy and turn on everyone, that sound about right?

I'm still in though cos well...dinosaurs.

They are trained in as much as lions and tigers are trained. They are super aggressive wild animals and much like in the first film where Hammond says the dinosaurs imprint on the first person they come into contact with I'm guessing Chris Pratt character looks after them from birth so it's more a relationship of convenience and trust than them being trained.

From the trailer it looks like Indominus Rex escapes into the restricted zone of the old park and Chris Pratts raptors meet up with the wild raptors from the original park who live there hence why in the trailer it says "somethings wrong...they are communicating". I'm guessing the 'trained' raptors talk to the wild raptors who then turn on Chris Pratt.

Is there any point in watching the film after the latest trailer?

I doubt i'll watch it, certainly won't be paying to watch it if i do. It looks like absolute trash.

Yer know, when this was announced I was really excited. The subsequent information, the posters, all had me looking forward to it.
Then I watched the trailer yesterday and suddenly I'm thinking - do I want to see this?
The acting, to me, in that trailer just looked and sounded really poor. The CGI looked OK, but nothing special.
I dunno, maybe it will still be good and as "season ticket holders" for the cinema it will almost certainly be one I'll go and see, but off the basis of the trailer my expectations ahve actually dropped quite significantly.

Sounds much better than the way I put it.

Is Indominus Rex the actual name for it in the movie?
