u might find you can go higher now also loosen the ram timings then u should get even higher cpu speeds

do you think with the ram being clocked at 667 it might take all 4 sticks now or do you think its prob the fact they are different makes?

Well you can try it but i think because they are made by different manufactures they will still cause problems give it a try i you want tho

Also increase the Northbridge (MCH) voltage, it may help.

im not confident on whats a safe voltage to go to which is why i havent played with them, could probs oc it quite a bit more if i knew what was safe.

Increase by .1 to .5v in the bios and see how yoy get on, you might need to higher.
My Abit IP35 Pro needed 1.4v to run.

might give that a go tomorrow, if not will look into selling my ram and getting 2 matched pairs, although not sure if i will ever need 8gb

well upping the volts a bit its now stable at 3.25GHz but still cant get all 4 sticks to work
