7 hours in now. I'm getting better with the controls haha. I'm starting to be able to zip around a lot better now. Call me spiderman....

Blowing up them massive circular fuel tanks and the resulting explosions are something else!

For the visuals I'm really happy with the performance of my reference 290. It's not even getting hot our loud with maxed out settings, 1080p, framerate capped at 60fps. Hovers around 65c. For this card that's amazing! It usually sounds like a hair dryer.

Great game so far, but bed time now!
 
playing with keyb and mouse myself but feel like i should be using controller.

Enjoying just going on random destruction sprees. Once you get enough heat and the helicopters arrive iots happy days :D altho sam sites are a pain in the butt.

Running it fully maxed 1440p and some of the effects such as underwater and explosions are amazing.
 
I'm also on KB&M, could get the hang off wingsuiting etc with a controller. Plus aiming with a stick isn't something I'm good at.

Enjoyed the 5 or so hours on it today. Kept running out of ammo way to quick, is there an easy way to get gears?
 
Been using an Xbox 360 controller here and it's been working fine. Had a couple of hours on this and it's great, mindless carnage and destruction :)

Shame the story is weak. Graphics are lovely and game is running fine.
 
performs great for me, starts quick rarely dips below 65 fps even in heavy fights and im loving it especially the wingsuit and rocket-cows ;) dunnoo why people are reporting its bare and bland ? I prefer it to JC2 already and look forward to JC3 MP mod after the crazy fun on JC2 MP lately

got pretty good with wingsuit in this.. can pull off some sick flying with it... the world they created is nice too a lot to explore :)
 
Played this last night, having an utter blast on it.

Love blowing stuff up and going round liberating things, ok so it might get a bit samey but so do most open world sandboxes.

Had no problems with FPS no idea what I was getting, but seemed perfectly fine on my machine, no noticeable pauses or drops.

Just need to wait for work to finish so I can have another blast on it :)

had a few hours on it again and got engrossed lastnight.
I discovered the vsync was turned on in the game settings. turned it off and was getting 70 to 80 FPS but I had a few glitches so turned it back on and it ran smooth at 60 FPS on ultra and haven't experienced any more glitches

I think there is a control point for them on the map, seem to remember in a video although he owned the base the nuke defences were still happening as he had not taken over that particular base yet.
 
Just installed the KPutt Sweetfx, nice balance of colour now.

Also running DSR 1080p to 1440p with SMAA and keeping good at 70fps full ultra - looks beautiful.

what's youre specs?
Ive been running ultra with SMAA as well but when v-sync was off I was getting 70 to 80 FPS but in certain scenes I was getting a lot of screen tearing which Ive never got before. with V-sync on im getting a steady 60FPS again on ultra and its very smooth.

I have had the driver crash on me once which was a bummer as was in the middle of destroying the tanks :mad:

anyone else had driver issues? its the newest 359.06

4790K @4.8 and a 980Ti stock but boosts to 1442.

Just took over a huge base, and crashed. Hope that saved was a ballache.
