From what I gather, the only ones really worth anything are Bills and Buds. The only exception being if you've got one of the ultra rare ones (with purple names I think?) that have special particle effects attached to them, they're worth a lot too but you only get them by opening crates (which you need keys for).
 
Ah ok. Just saw the special ability on utube for it and it was a laugh seeing the guy blow up and hear the holyHG sound go off. :D

Also can anyone explain why people value this stuff?

TF2 is alright game but everytime i've played it felt really spammy and pointless compared to other fps, especially now with all the junk, i fail to understand why some games are popular or how people value virtual stuff when it does nothing, like do they think thier friends and randoms care they have some rare item? :confused:
 
This might explain why I get lots of people making friends requests, I've got the earbuds, don't think I've ever played TF2. I always decline/ignore requests though, as u don't play any steam games online.

You can browse the inventory of anyone on Steam.

They're worth money now because of the virtual store Valve introduced for TF2 (which uses real money).

I unequipped the earbuds as people targeted you in the first week as they knew you'd be bad at the game! :p

That's only if your looking to sell it. I wouldn't have even bothered with it if someone hadn't added me, I didn't know they had a value, so it was worth nothing to me.

Now it's worth a free game. I got a good deal.
 
Think I gave mine to some dude for a load of guns, now I cry myself to sleep every night knowing how much its worth now

haha, recognised the name and saw the MM group on your profile. Also, a big yes for pushing Shaun into booking the venue :)

Looked in your inventory, The bills hat was worth the most, but if you can get games for all your vintage stuff. Go for it! (you will never play them :P )
