Call them yourself, then. They may well respond later that you didn't actually report it, even though your teacher did, I expect you would need to do that personally. Or did I read the OP wrong, and the police called you?

My school called the police, and about 20 mins after I got home, I got a call from them, and I told them my story. They said someone will be coming over at about 5. :)

Consider yourself lucky that you're OK, though. Some parts of Oxford are pretty damn dodgy but I never really saw Summertown as being that bad :eek:.

Summertown, Marston, Headington, etc aren't bad. It's places like Blackbird Leyes and Northway that are dodgy.

Seems a bit of a shock to hear a story like this from an Oxford origin :( It seems to be an increasingly common occurance unfortunately.

Glad to hear firstly that your ok, and more importantly (:p) you had the minerals to report this- good on you- I am sure many would shy away from this and thats not the way to start moving towards fixing these problems :)

Speedy recovery and good luck with sorting out some punishment for these foul deliquant little reprobates!

Not yet. Doubt they'll be coming around tonight as it's nearly 8:30 now.

I'm going to be looking at photos the school has on the computers to see if I can ID any of the other people tomorrow morning.

A policeman came to my school today, and I gave him my statement. They want my jumper and jeans from yesterday. Apparently they are going to conduct DNA tests! :eek:
 
One of the white ones kicked me to the floor with a flying kick. One of his black friends started kicking me in the stomach, and one of his white friends started kicking my stomach and giving me head stamps, while one of the black ones held a knife out in a menacing way.
