Mate had this frame raked out at the front couple of days ago! Looks pretty mean look I think.
Also 1200 back end put on so now it runs 160 rear tyre instead of 130.
Three spoke wheel to!

I must not rake mine..........

Looks like that could have some pretty bad ground clearance issues - the sump would take a pounding if you took it over a speed bump.

Well it's taken days for me to do some thing with the huge ecu! I made some strips of metal and welded them to the frame. I'll get some photos soon..

On the other hand more of the black one

So been thinking for days about how I hide the ecu!
It's so big it's hard... None the less I welded some tabs on to make it float above the battery

So got the mini moto running and light tune up (does about 40mph) pretty funny thing and great to get around workshop yard!

Also have the seat foam now but awaiting glue to get it stuck down
And then there's the wiring, now bmw are really good at having lots of "extras" to the bike! None the less I've been working thru them and sorting out last persons Bodge job wiring (please stop if it was you!!!!)

Getting close to having it wired up.

Nothing to really update on

Got some glue for the seat and will be sorting that out over the weekend
Still sorting out wiring and what I need and what I don't.
So far i must have saved out kilo in weight
Also running no key barrel
I've hid a button some where ;)
Looks better

Started on the seat tonight
Just need to clean edges up and sorted!

So i've trimmed the seat up last night and little more today (had a cheeky look with it on the bike  )

Couple of niggles tho but i think i've sorted them out now (i hope)

Next up was the side stand. I removed the big centre stand (60kg!!) and moved the side stand to the right. Reason been that if the bmw is leaning to the left for to long the oil goes to the top of the head (flat 4) then on start black smoke from the exhaust pipes! easy fix (thanks honda side stand)

I have almost finished my special k100 and I'm seraching an electronic tachometer + km for the k100. I saw your tachometer but I do not understand the company, and the type. Please, could you "help me" to find it ?. Thanks in advance, and sorry for my bad English :-(
Looking forward your kind reply, I send you my regards.
