Just got pc back. No crossfire :(

This is being resolved by OCUK customer services and we will ensure the issues are corrected.

System was ordered 11 months ago and the system has almost changed completely since we built it for the OP.

The PSU is enough as the PSU has not caused any issues in the last 11 months with the OP.

The PC has had its cable management messed with as the OP has replaced the front fans and added a fan controller to the system which is why their are cables hanging around.

The cooler cannot be moved up on the case as it will not fit due to the top of the case due to the manifold of the radiator. We did not spec the system with this motherboard so this has changed and the only reason the top slot is not accessible.

The graphics cards are an error on our behalf as we could not use the top slot due to the cooler so we used the next slot but we have used the incorrect slot for the second card due to the sound card being in the bottom slot and we will correct this. Even though the card was in the incorrect slot it should still be detected which means either the slot is damaged from transit or the card has come loose.

We put the extra crossfire bridge in the system as customer requested an extra bridge so we didn't want it to get lost.

I have offered advice to the OP regarding his issues and we are currently awaiting a response.
