On the subject of what would happen over here you lot are being far too harsh. A couple of months back a load of kids were running up and down our road knocking on doors and threatening people in the street.

I called the police and 5 minutes later 3 cars showed up and got rid of them, so they arn't as useless as you make out.

Indeed laws like this would be great. I'm going to try to move to USA in 4 years time and will only consider moving back when the law is present .
