Funny, though this comment isn’t aimed at kaap before they come to conclusions and worst of all assume something.

There was a time I remember in 2003 - 2006 when the RGB thing with cases and case fans yet this place slagged them something rotten. The days of Thermaltake bashing. Yet here we are again where it is now hip?
The same comments I read back then. Childish.

I still reckon when RGB is done right it looks best on keyboards and mice. Some case setups look nice with subtle lighting like that @khemist fella.

There was another person here who had an Asus setup all Sith like? Now that would have been nice to see @Kaapstad ’s card in.

Though for gaming I usually have the lights off on the mouse and keys set to reactive lights for my binds for each game profile. Nothing flashes but you know what colour represents each weapon in your peripheral vision.

As for chucked in, no cable management is a serious thing that pride and passion shows.
I had to change my case last year - had a choice of a windowed case or one without in the same model. My previous case (the venerable Coolermaster ATC-201*) had a window.

After thinking about it, I decided I preferred to get rid of the window. There is just nothing I want to see inside of the case. Plus the dust and the slightly worse thermal performance of acrylic.

These days I think even a window is too "bling" for me. I want my PC to be small (down-sized to micro-ATX), sleek and understated. As understated as possible.

Prefer no window but after 9 years using a case with no window i now have two with a window! One bought as complete build and unavoidable. Second self build and liked the spec of the case, window aside.

He’s a bit, nutty? Like a mellowed out ex wrestler?

Love the aged metal look and the black input plate.

Seems there are some issues if you try to SLi the two together :p.

Is Linus really that stupid !!!

I sometime get the problem he had when going from a different SLI configuration and all you have to do is re install the drivers and then wait for a couple of minutes for the wizard to update the setup. It took me 5 minutes to get one of these cards working in a 4 way SLI setup lol.

He would also get better performance if he used a proper HB SLI bridge.

Nice to see an Xp tested against a 1080 Ti so people can see the difference.

The Xp is also a better overclocker than the 1080 Ti as it starts from a lower base.

Surely you though you cant say the Titan Xp is a better overclocker based on its base clock speeds. Those numbers used are conservative and more so given its a blower style cooler. Otherwise you could say a FE 1080Ti is a better overclocker then a aftermarket 1080Ti when in reality its just the former starts off at low numbers with the blower cooler. Sure in % increase they appear to better, but in absolute frequency all top out at similar numbers it seems with some variance for silicon lottery.

All Pascal top out more or less the same but the blower cards do start with a lower default clockspeed making them better overclockers. Sometimes the reviewers like to forget this when testing non reference cards and say card X is a lot faster than the FE.
