except im 100% natural :) dont care about anyone else seem to be doing ok without so far :D

1 - 2kg in 6 weeks? Why are you making that out to be a big deal, that's easy mode :p

Nope, im going to struggle due to already being around 7-8% bodyfat the stubborn fat is going to be difficult. If i was around 68 - 70kg then easy
 
Today was a photo update for all the guys' a big change has been my legs hitting them twice sometimes three times a week. I have managed to add some mass to my legs measuring each week they are steadily growing even in diet mode :)

Want to keep full body underwraps ;)

I know it's difficult to get a direct comparsion but i have kept everything in my control the same. *LiE no anabolic lighting just point and click

Ok, im screwed i was a little bit intimidated before now im ******. Today i found out who the two other guys on the stand with me at the Bodypower.

All i am saying is, lets hope we dont need to wear shorts. Both have tree trunks :o at expo guys look for the guy with matchsticks next to them :(

Lie, any tips how to add 15lb to EACH leg in 6 weeks ? :)
 
What is the steedie workout for legs? willing to give anything a go!

On side note i needed ANOTHER cheat meal last night as im starting to get to that point now and was looking for a huge insuilin spike.

Weapon of choice: Two large dominoes, stuffest crust and garlic bites.
 
Holy **** giving this a try tonight then, will let you know how i get on. How many times per week? (please say no more than 1)
 
Easter weekend, resulted in all the guys coming down to Wales, first up was a massive cheat meal on the Saturday night followed by a monster chest and bicep session on the Sunday morning.

We are all 6 weeks out from the shoot;

This was the first time I have ever done time under tension properly using a 4:1:1 method, during my session which was lead by the PT of the group - wow I am sore today!

Anyway here are some pictures of the competition; it was a great time to eye up the rival’s and look at where i need to improve.

Agree, he has well over 40kg on me and he carries a fair amount of mass. I only realistically have another 1kg to drop and around 1-2 % b.f. I will come in a LOT tigher as i have just come off the back off a massive refeed and was very very bloated.

The tall guy, is doing a LOT of cardio at the moment where as i am doing nothing, and leaving it down to the diet.

The only advantage i have is 3 out of the 4 are tanned up in the pictures, where as i am whiter than white! this no doubt helps bring out definition. Either way i think it could be close.

I wouldn't be surprised if they all weighed more than you, you are after all a short guy.

The next member to me #rival2 is 17kg heavier than me :( i am offically a lightweight :eek: others are 20+, 30kg plus :(

Update: pretty big actually , so last night while driving home from work - my email/ Facebook inbox just exploded with messages, the phone was going mental.

After pulling over, I had over 50+ new friend requests and several messages. Not something I am bothered about due to the fact I keep Facebook limited to friends.

Luis Rafael posted a photo of me and rival #1 on his wall, and is looking to book us both in for a duo shoot. With the comment

"these 2 young remarkable athletes from the UK that hopefully will be on front of my lens before the summer is over!. Lets show these kick ass kids some luv"

This was followed up by an email from Luis, trying to get something in the diary :o

For those who don't know who Luis Rafael is.... just Google him. He's considered one of the best photographers in the business, most top top fitness models don't even get to work with him! Its a ridiculous honour to just be speaking to the man, let alone being invited to be on a shoot with him! Still shocked by this....

The payment could be eye watering, but I am a little shocked Luis tends to shoot HUGE bodybuilder guys who are ripped to shreds, not 65kg lean models' like my self so im a little errr at the moment.

Haha, it wont be that good, but we will see. Just taken a phone call from a Watch company would I be interest in doing a shoot with them in return for merchandise. It seems to have opened a few door's :)

Chicken and Veg, seems to be paying off ;)

Lat Pulldown 3 x 10 (drop set 3rd set) 65kg
T Bar OB Row 3 x 10 (4 drops 3rd set 20kg each 10 reps) (100kg)
Close Grip Pull down 3 x 8 (56kg)
Single Arm DB' Rows 3 x 8 (40kg)

Dead lift 5 x 4 (100,120,140,160,160)

I have just been informed for the next 4 WEEKS!!!!! I need to be performing fasted cardio for 1 hour every other day to get ready for this shoot and in preparation to look in top shape for Bodypower.

20 minutes x HiiT - Sprints into
40 minutes x LiSS - Stationery Bike into
20 minutes x HiTT - Sprints

I am not happy, I don't do cardio! I have managed to get along so far without it. So it looks like 5 am starts for me for the next month...

Why? Do you HAVE to do cardio? Are they not happy with your progress or is this some medical drivel?

It's to burn off as much stubborn fat as possible and getting me looking as lean as possible. I have been assured I wont burn muscle as the diet is on point and it's only for 4 weeks every other day.

Plus I trust my coach, he has not done me wrong so far!

It's just I HATE CARDIO with a passion and doing it that early in the morning is going to be soul destroying.
 
Are you alternating HIIT with LISS on a every other day basis? or have I misread the above as 40 minutes HIIT split around 40 minutes LISS per day.

I've never found fasted steady state cardio difficult, HIIT on the otherhand is brutal fasted, especially if your carb macro is low.

No, you read that correctly. It's a 80 minute cardio session every other day. I initially thought it was 1hr but this is worse :(

20 min's HIIT straight into 40 min's LISS straight into 20 min's HIIT.

I did the following this morning, and felt sick especially the fact today is a zero carb day and I am only getting my carbs from broccoli :eek:
 
Agree it pure RIP, I am drained today already. Never mind only another 27 days left ;(

Delvis, for the LISS element I use a HR monitor and it's controlled at 60% of MAX HR based off first HITT element.
 
Low Days - 1,913 calories [c/p/f ] 10/40/50 %
Medium 1,913 calories [c/p/f ] 30/40/30 %

High 2,239 calories [c/p/f ] 45/40/15 %


Saturday was a bit of a test to see how I fill out with an influx of clean carbs, next test is dirty carbs :) I did two high days but doubled everything so it was a 4,478 for two days :)

As for science, I will be honest I have not read much on this, but trust my coach, incredibly knowledgeable. Only thing I have come across is Layne Norton's podcast on cardio for shoot prep.

That much cardio and so little calories, I'd be surprised if it spared your muscles completely. Are you doing weights too?

of course lifting heavy still 6 -8 reps. Remember im only 65.5kg at the moment.

I supplement with 40bcaa tablets 4:1:1 ratio per weight session to help reserve.
