feedback is great - as for lifting, we all lift and heavy.

Guy's above are both 500 -600 club for squat/deadlift/bench so the power is there.

ok my bad, on asking the question - they want to be joining the 600 total. They are more around the 400-450 (people in post #220) total as it's hard to judge at the moment as we are all so depleted.

As for criteria, its being judged on physique alone. So overall symmetry, muscle mass etc. very much like how a judge would mark on when judging WBFF Pro's. Slight issue is we are all very different in body shape and size but the guys judging at BP are well aware of this.

post #220 the transformation is the coach the guy below (back shot)is another competitor of the 5 of us; he has been very very sneaky and we not seen much of him from a front shot from day 1.

So I am officially into photo-shoot prep week. I have two shoots next Monday in Sussex.

All last week I had zero carbs - Monday to Saturday, with the plan of having a clean reefed on the Sunday. Saturday afternoon I was told I was allowed my last cheat meal before water manipulation and another week of zero carbs.

Sunday morning I went with;

1 double sausage & egg mcmuffin
1 breakfast wrap
1 bagel with Philadelphia
1 pancakes and sausage
1 pancakes with syrup
1 pack reeses cups
1 Easter egg
1 Bag of haribo

so today, it's back to the grind. I have 4ltrs of bottled water today, increasing every day up until 9lts on Saturday

Sorry for the just random food pictures, but it works out in the space of 5 months I have been allowed 4 cheat meals..... it's a very momentous occasion every meal I am allowed to be let loose.

6 lts of water today leading up to 9lts Saturday. Vitamin C is now up to 4,000 and dandelion root has been introduced.

really struggling, as both coffee and diet coke has been completely cut so I cant even get a full feeling from the bloat :(

On the plus side I am looking really dry, skin is paper tight.

Bring on the carb loading Saturday night

This is the bit I hate..................................... today's water intake - 9Ltrs.

can never be more than 5m away from a toilet - all round nightmare. Last night's drive home from work was interesting I got caught in a traffic jam.

What's wrong with tap water? :p

Sodium levels. Marginal, when it comes down to the overall grand scheme of things but I need all the help I can get :D

Plus I have always used Evian for 90% my previous shoots in the last closing week, don't want to change things and rock the boat. Stick to what I know works!

You're clearly in great shape but don't the cheat days basically amount to binge eating?

Not really, this is the sort of qty I would be eating if I had a mcdonalds or pizza anyway. Foods like this have never been a regular occurrence for me even before training.

They are there to enjoy as a treat, some people clearly abuse this and think they can eat like this each and every day.

Some people I guess would class this amount of food as a binge, but im doing it because I can, and secondly it is actually helping me in that is spikes my metabolism.

So anyway I am 4 days out from BP, the shoot is over and I am not really dieting that hard. I am eating clean, but if I fancy something I am having it! I could roll up to BP with a budda belly if I get wrong, but ill just stick on a vest while on the stand.

I was pushed for time yesterday but I needed to get in a quad session - so I went with the following;

leg extensions quadruple drop set - 15 x 4 tempo 4:4:2
50m walking lunges - 30kg db each hand x4
leg press 225kg x 8
leg extensions quadruple drop set - 15 x 4 tempo 4:4:2

tempo was fast with 30 seconds rest each set :(

Ok.. so I have had a load of pictures back last night from the 100day plan shoot last weekend. I have had mixed reviews so far from friend's and family. I posted a photo last night on the ocuk fb page and it pretty much confirmed what I was kind of thinking.

The photo's has been heavily edited :( when "personally" I feel there was no need!

I will post a separate picture to the one I posted, to see if there is similar feedback. The rest of the pictures need to be stored away for now, as a few companies are looking to use them exclusively while others are for the 100day website - when launched :)

Anyway this weekend should be insane.

Friday - [potential shoot] with www.larissareis.net
Saturday - one on one training session with Kris Gethin
Sunday - one on one training session with Jim Stoppani & Lunch with Olympians

Plus I am on my sponsor's stand during body power

Bro, I know you don't like the editing, but it's all part of the industry surely. I don't think any model of any type gets away without some form of editing.

You look great though

P.S - On Friday, I'm going to come to your stand and demand a predator style mid-air handshake/arm wrestle

Arnie shake is on the card's bro :)

I should be hanging around that area but as its preview day I want to have a little nose around as I am stuck to the stand Sat/Sun. (apart from my one on one training sessions in the super gym - BOOM)

I plan on making full use of the free food and drink in the hospitality suite. My vest is staying firmly on throughout the weekend.

You there Sat or Sun?

So a week has passed following BP, and I took the whole week off. Was so weird not carrying Tupperware with me. I let go and had whatever I wanted. It was all out carnage- example I went for a 3 course meal, walked straight out of the restaurant straight into Krispy Kreme for a box of 12, followed by a block of cheese! (Don’t ask I had a major craving)

A great week with some serious water weight added, I still have a vague outline of what use to be abs but it’s time to add some mass.

Mentioned in another thread but the competition at BP we had running – there was one clear winner. It was not me; the winner was just in unreal shape. Something I simply could not compete with, funny enough it was the boy who kept under wraps.

Anyway there was a ton of highlights, so much so I hardly spent any time on my sponsors stand apart from Sunday – which got me in some hot water.

I did manage to have breakfast/ lunch with Ronnie Coleman, Phil Heath & Kai Greene in the private suite. While blagging a one on one training session with Jim Stoppani.

Lunch with Ronnie ( was not impressed that I asked him could I borrow some of his own tomato sauce)

Quick snap with Kai before breakfast.

Then having a chat with Kai, asked to comment on a Musclemed production video :o

Anyway, it’s time to get my head down and start consuming a serious amount of calories for the next 8 – 12 months. Something I have never done before, staying lean and adding mass is not really an option it’s time to grow like a weed.

ill be honest I am a little apprehensive, as soon as I start to see my abs going, I think I am going panic and worry i am adding to much FAT. This is a complete new learning curve for me... so here goes!
