Kai - Competition

**Update**

So last week, I did something I have not done in over 2 years. I took a holiday away from the gym, a whole week where I did nothing. Previously, I would find a hotel with a gym to keep routine.

I also introduced a massive cheat meal, a 5 course taster menu in a restaurant; this was the first cheat since New Year’s Day. The huge insulin spike really shock up a few things and this week I have come in leaner.

So now on to some good news; I will be working with a new ‘sponsor’ – Skinny Chimp a partner of PPS. Skinny Chimp will be attending Bodypower 2013 and I have been asked to attend as a model for the stand.

Skinny Chimp

It looks like BP2013 is going to be one busy weekend for me, the competition, shoots and now working on the stand. Anyway now you know where I’ll be so come say Hi, and get some free samples off me.

I’m really excited about this opportunity, purely because last year I was walking around the stands thinking; wow what it must be like to represent a sponsor, models who you aspire to look like etc.

Good to hear you're doing well Kai, hard work is really paying off. Can we call you Skinny Kai now?

Yeah, you could say that. I jumped on the scales this morning and weighted in at 66.3kg it's falling off :)

Expensive, i will admit but the quality is really good! i just need a chest to fill it now as the cut is very very low.

Also while an expensive purchase these vests are selling out every week both in the UK & US people are going mad for them including celebrities.

It's still a vest, and the best way of advertising what's underneath, at which point the threadz become irrelevant.

If a curvy hardbody is waeing a bikini, would you be thinking about the bikini? If so, then I'll have a short back'n'sides. ;)

I wear rotten torn, and shredded old t-shirts, tops and tracksuits for the gym. The amount of chalk, and damage my clothing receives makes "nice" clothes for the gym pointless. Even if I didn't, why would you spend £26 to sweat in or rip/damage in at the gym?

If you go to the gym to look good then you're doing it for the wrong reasons. (as in, the actual place, not the result of working out)

nothing wrong with the £2.50 T's from primark. I guarantee that even the best quality £26 vest wont outlast 10 lower quality T's

I've used the same 3 - 4 slightly squared neck (not like the ammerican rapper boobs out style) vest from Topman for the last 5 - 6 years.

I'll leave the whole lot in that lot rather than just quote the link as you deserve it being quoted :)

Jan 3rd 2013 = 108kg

March 16th 2013 = 97kg

Although he has 30kg on me, i reckon i can take him ;)

Ditto. Doesn't look like he's carrying enough mass/fat to be 97kg unless he's a giant.
