What is the steedie workout for legs? willing to give anything a go!

On side note i needed ANOTHER cheat meal last night as im starting to get to that point now and was looking for a huge insuilin spike.

Weapon of choice: Two large dominoes, stuffest crust and garlic bites.
 
Legs
Leg Extension - 50, 50, 1 set of 15/15/15 (dropping the weight each time)
Squat Superset (Back squat/Front Squat) 15/15, 15/15, 15/15
Single Leg Leg Press - 12, 12, 12 (After last let, go straight to double leg for 15)
Walking Lunges (No Rest between sets, just grab the next weight and go, start at BW) - 12/12/12/12/12
Hamstring Curls - 15, 15, 15
SLDL (dbs) - 12, 12, 12

That just looks soooooooo bad, it's awesome. :)

Might have to try it in the hotel gym if they have the requisite bangles and baubles (no, I don't htink they'll have an Olympic bar for snatch/cleans... :) )...

Holy **** giving this a try tonight then, will let you know how i get on. How many times per week? (please say no more than 1)
 
Once a week only, if you can do it more than once a week then you didn't do every rep/set with 30 seconds max rest :p
 
Easter weekend, resulted in all the guys coming down to Wales, first up was a massive cheat meal on the Saturday night followed by a monster chest and bicep session on the Sunday morning.

We are all 6 weeks out from the shoot;

This was the first time I have ever done time under tension properly using a 4:1:1 method, during my session which was lead by the PT of the group - wow I am sore today!

Anyway here are some pictures of the competition; it was a great time to eye up the rival’s and look at where i need to improve.

Your looking pretty good compared to the competition, you seem to be a bit further along then the other guys, lets hope that holds out for you :D
 
Nice work! You are all massive, massive homo-ists, however. :D

Not my 'choice' of physique, but I appreciate where you're going and it's great work! :)
