Keeping up with the Markles

There are memes that perpetuate against different ethnicities or gender etc, so the only way to be sure would be to ban memes all together, or is it just ones that show non white people? [..]

The idea is that people should only be allowed to refer to biological group identities equal to or inferior to their own, never any biological group identities superior to their own. What the meme shows is irrelevant. All that matters is enforcing a hierarchy of biological group identity. The same applies to humour, clothing, hair styling...pretty much everything.

It's segregation, of course. Just rebranded.

Meghan wants to run for President:

There is mounting speculation that Meghan Markle may well decide to run for the US presidency in 2024 if Joe Biden decides he doesn't want a second term.

A senior Labour figure, who is a veteran of Tony Blair's Downing Street team with strong links to Washington, claims the Duchess of Sussex has been networking with senior Democrats.

She is looking to build a campaign, as well as fundraising teams, for any potential campaign, the source said.

For similar reasons to Trump that could be quite hilarious, another completely unsuitable candidate in the WH, albeit perhaps not quite as controversial. Would be extra awkward if Charles is on the throne by then and/or it comes out that he was the one who made the comments about the baby.

She'd have to ditch the title anyway then - President Markle and the first man, the Duke of Sussex - wonder if Harry would be under pressure to ditch his too, would be a bit odd if the first-ever "first man" of a Republic was a Prince and a Duke!

Seems like a long shot but they've had Regan (and actor) and Trump (a reality TV star and property heir) so why not - Trump LARPed as a "successful" businessman, because he was rich and famous (long real estate over decades) people gave him credibility - similar potential for Meghan here, hang around with powerful people, work with charities and NGOs and pull off a similar sort of image-based LARP.

Oh god she's going to do it isn't she.

She just wants privacy and no scrutiny from anyone. President sounds like just the job.

Maybe. POTUS is essentially a contest of financial backing, publicity and acting after being chosen by one of the two political parties. Being in any way qualified to do the job is optional. She could win. She has 2 of the 4 requirements so far - publicity and acting - and she's good at both of those. The other 2 would follow if the Democrat party decides she's a good bet to win for them. Which might happen.

The Vice President may have other ideas.
