I like this game

i just got it. Online is spamming of turents snipers and the rest

Definately worth playing the SP through at least once dude. MP is great but i tend to stay away from games where it's more than 20people, can get too crowded and turns into a rocket fest.

BTW: Maybe a bit sacriligious but is it just me or is Radec almost as cool as vader? :eek:

Oooh didnt realise that! Had a quick snoop on imdb just now and se he was the voice of another character from the first Killzone game. I hope Radec is back in the next installment.

Try and find friendly fire enabled servers, it totally cures the nade spam as you lose 3 points for killing a teammate.

OMFG, finally finished KZ1 (which is pretty pap in all honesty). I had a weird "issue" with starting KZ2 before I completed the prequel

Can someone sum up this thread in a few sentences for me please?! Dying to get stuck into this now

just finished sp mode and gonna try and give mp a huge to try and get a few levels? thinking of hosting a few games but will a 8mb connection be ok without it being a lag fest?

okay so KZ2 is great online

but ive reached a plataeu now where the maps are crawling with lines of invisible snipers and sabateurs....

thingas like the previously fun outdoor maps (the sandy one) are now terrible and almost unplayable due to the way that the opposing team can mass a big wall of snipers and snipe u from a mile away without you being able to counter this?

any tips?

best tactic get to a medium to far range and shoot them with your rifle(one shot bursts are super accurate) or just snipe them back, although i dont find it that much of a problem tbh no more so than shotguns having way too much range

thing is they cloak, go invisible so you cant see them...:? ive started to shoot into random areas now just tio see if i can draw blood even though i cant see them/dont know if they are there until i hit them:/

surely there has to be a beter way?!

yeah they do but that only lasts until the kill/hit someone after that they have to wait 30/45 seconds until they recharge

Does spot and mark help? its one of the perks that highlights enemy positions use it and make another path.

Also dont run in a straight line, may seem obvious but it does actually help, unless they are very, very good with the rifle.

yeah it does, no matter how far you are away as long as you have line of sight it marks any opponents it sees(1 or 16 enemies) with an x inside a circle, and they show up for the rest of your team as red dots on the radar
