Rather down to their budget, isn't it? Renault have pedigree, a engine good enough to win championships and now a potentially great driver (if his head's in the game). It's not beyond the realms that they can do it if they've got the money and can put the team together to make good use of it. We are, after all, talking about a team that won in 2005 and 2006 - that's not that long ago.
I think (and hope) that Kimi can drag that Lotus up the grid.
I like Kimi and have nothing against Grosjean, but my hope is that Genii-LOLtus-Renault end up at the wrong end of the pack....
