** Kingdom Come : Deliverance 2 **

I’m still struggling with very easy LOL
I think lockpicking is the skill I've seen the most change leveling up. Your hand is so shaky to start and trying over levelled locks is crazy. Get a few levels and it settles down I found, I can easily do medium locks now but hard are still a bit iffy.

I've not done many quests yet but did have a big brawl in a field that was good laugh.

At the start, even "very easy" locks are difficult, by design. It gets easier as you improve the skill. But yeah you will break some lockpicks to get there. I suggest knocking down bird nests with rocks, I got about 10 lockpicks already from those.
I havent tried yet but can you knock those nests down with a crossbow?

I have somehow become poisoned with little health stuck in the middle of nowhere and cannot fast travel or sleep. Nothing in my inventory to heal me either. I literally load the game live for about 2 mins then drop dead…… lol..

Think I might have to reload a fair way back to fix this….
You've probably eaten some gone off food. You need a digestive potion if so.

So I may have done a little lockpicking and now I've been chased out of the towns by the locals. Does anyone know how I can fix this, does it just go away over time. I'd like to be able to a few of the towns without getting chased off, or should I go face my punishment?

Avoid the town for a few days. It worked for me when I ****** the entirety of the first town off :D

How do the guards know that I stole something without anyone seeing me? Even with the bunny eared search thing coming up, they are looking for a thief but that doesn't mean I was seen. Then there's the horses, stealing one on the edge of a town and it's STOP GET OFF THAT HORSE. Again nobody saw me stealing the horse

I just stole the bandits horse after killing them. Let's see what happens.

Really starting to get into it now. My crossbow skill has improved a lot. Can get headshots without much issue now.

Being new in town they tend to suspect you, it does say something to that affect in the first few hours of the game, annoyingly stolen horses dont stick with you, killed half a dozen bandits just to grab a horse and it disappeared once i got off it to do something....

that aside quite enjoying this now ive progressed a bit, kitted out on some low level armour, a few swords/shields and feeling less squishy. got my horse and dog back and doing a few quests. need to ramp up my bow/crossbow i dont think ive hit anything with them at all so far :D
whats the deal with skill points, ive amassed quite a few but only seem able to spend a few at a time?!

With regards to stolen horses.
Find the Nomad camp. There's a guy there you can pay to make any stolen horse yours. Or you can sell them to him I think. It's West of Zhelejov

Glad to hear all the positive thoughts of this as I feel like I'm starting to really get into the first and so as a result will definitely pick this up once afterwards!

Almost found him i think. What a long quest.
Aye. All the quests seem long so far - which isn’t a bad thing ! They’re totally packed with tonnes of dialogue too which is awesome. The dialogue feels on a similar level to baldurs gate 3.

Fantastic all round

What's the thoughts on this, is it a couch and controller with large TV approach, or up close with K&M and Ultrawide monitor for immersion?

Perfectly fine either way, personally have it on the big tv with a controller and it plays great, easy goty so far.

I have been using K&M. Wouldn't want to use controller for my crosbow :D
