My brother in law bought me one of these last xmas...

He got it from a bargain shop for a tenner and passed it on because he assumed it was rubbish. Honestly it's the first knife I reach for if it's in the block. Thats ahead of globals etc.

He really regrets giving it away now too.

won't that be near impossible to sharpen though being a hard metal like titanium?

I prefer Japanese knives purely because a couple of swipes on a steel and they are sharp again.
