Korean Grand Prix 2011, Yeongam Circuit - Race 16/19

Great to see Hamilton back on form, hope it holds for the race. McLarens looking very strong - doubt Button will be jumping out of Vettel's way in this race either.

Yep great to see him up front.

And those cars are now neck and neck or at least here. Nothing between them.

To much to hope for a 1-2 for mclaren.

Good session, actually very tight, doubt the saving of prime tyres will have much effect on tomorrow, with some luck! :D

Wonder if vettel will get a penalty for cutting out that section on his cool down lap.

Button hoping Vettel is not penalised in order to start from clean side of track.

Every lap we do, we drive across the right hand side of the grid. I don't think we have driven once across the left hand side yet, so the odd numbers should have an advantage. It is a good drag down to Turn 1.

Vettel didn't receive a penalty as he wasn't deemed to gain an advantage.

*sigh* When was the last time anyone was penalised for leaving the confines of the track?

Remove the tarmac and put gravel traps back. Or concrete walls...

The answer to the above question was Nico Hulkenberg, Singapore 2010

anyone know a good sidebar gadget displaying F1 live result/standing etc? would be fab to have this on side with iplayer

cheers

you know of live timing?
http://www.formula1.com/live_timing/
open it in a window and have it next to the iplayer window its what i do for races qualifying.

you can spot stuff before brundle and dc do ;)
sometimes the live feed is a few seconds behind the live timing though
image shrunk a lot obviously but you get the idea

Button for the win again, Redbull seem a little concerned about tyres, Ferrari seem a bit too far off and we all know Hammy can't keep his properly.
