The forensics back up that he got his hand at least near the barrel as it was fired (due to the soot). That is all. There is no proof he actually did touch the barrel.

Eh? You were literally asked that, why didn't you just answer clearly? And yes it is rather hard to follow the point you're making when you won't answer basic questions but instead resort to deflection. I literally asked you back up here, look at your response to that...

If your only objection re: the use of force is that he should have run a bit further then why not just make that clear - you believe everything else is reasonable just that in your mind he could have kept running.

Well, it is a reach... but either way the claim re: the "only fact" is still flase even if we assume your interpretation to be true.

watch the video again, but do try to do so without your preconceived biases. There's less than 2 meters between them, rosenbaum is clearly faster as he doesn't have a gun in tow and hasn't run a good 100+ meters whilst holding fire extinguisher

5 to 6 second mark for the turn and kill shot

Its the main crux of why i think he didn't act in lawful self defense, yes. I don't think deciding to turn around and shoot someone 4 times in quick succession is a reasonable reaction to someone who is unarmed chasing you.

The 20-year-old male suspect, Anthony Chacon, has been charged with felony bail jumping, misdemeanor bail jumping, battery, resisting and disorderly conduct, Sgt. David Wright, a spokesman for the Kenosha Sheriff’s Department confirmed.

A second suspect arrested Wednesday, 34-year-old Shaquita Cornelious, is facing charges of resisting, disorderly conduct, and possession of marijuana, Wright added.

There are some sensible ones there, the video i saw this morning had this old black dude trying to calm a this one stupid idiot down after he attacked 3 people.

I don't think he knew what he was doing. I think he panicked and ended up using unreasonable force on Rosenbaum.
