Last night

I thought it was Jane working on the club door and not Jess?

Anyway I would tell your employer about the person from your place who is working at that club

Or just tell her If he pays back the money he'll then tell council, tax man, work etc. about her.

Of course if she would like to forget about he money he will forget to mention any of the above.

I thought that jane was a typo

Your mate got what he deserved tbh,as you say it was over months ago,he's over her and got a better job - still not got round to paying her back tho has he?
Being patient waiting for him to pay up obviously wasn't working so he should count himself lucky all he got was a frightening verbal.Police can do nothing as its your word against theirs, they will just say you were causing trouble in the club.

Dropping a.n.other work colleage in the poo just cos your mate is in the wrong is petty beyond belief too

He knows his mate better than we do though. If his mate was the crack head type to never pay people back I'm pretty sure he wouldn't be defending him.

Mate > evil hose beast

Please explain why? He has started to pay her back, the point is it is nothing to do with the doormen and they cant go around throwing their weight liek that. Informing the police shall help cover his back should anything untoward happen to him.

Im off to work now anyway. Wish me luck!

PS yes JANE was a typo! And no its not her real name :)

I vote he goes does down the line of telling Jess to call off the heavies, as otherwise he tells all about her tax evasion, driving uninsured, unnotified 2nd job, etc etc etc. From the sound of it, he's got plenty of dirt to dish on her.

He does however, obviously need to pay back the money he owes.

As an aside, is 'Jess' hot?

I'm curious as to what motivates a person to beg someone else to come back. I understand that they think that there is something that that person gives that they cannot get from another person, and that they think they NEED what that person has... but I'm cuious what aspect it is that Jess has in this situation

hmm, he's owed her money for a few months as far as I can tell,
and he's not broke if he can go out drinking.

people have a right to get annoyed if he didn't make any effort to pay what he owed. If we backstabbed all the people we didn't like, we'd be busy bunnies

pay her back minus the entrance fee and ask for an apology.
move on :-/

All of the above *and* pay her back. Let her get what she deserves, nothing more, nothing less. Might as well report the club (tax evasion) while you're at it too.

I see it like this:

She has a job on the sly, drives uninsured, owes Joe's dad £200 and has him threatened when she holds a signed agreement to pay.

If you go to the Police I'll bet good money that the bouncers will all tell a different story and it'll be his word against theirs. And as she chose the "terms of engagement" if you like, then she has no grounds for complaint if you play by the same rules. So tell the taxman, etc.

People who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones.

Edit: and get a receipt from Joe's dad for the £200 and make that part of the payment. ;)

I know id get revenge of some kind, getting her fired, getting her dodgy employer in trouble, etc etc, shes taken it to another level, you can either walk away with her pasting you like that, or you can retaliate on that same level.

Its the kind of fight where whoever is willing to go the furthest is going to win.

All of the above!!!

Pay her back too.

Try with the police, but the bouncers will probably use the argument that he was drunk etc and was causing a fuss in the club. But let *** police know about everything, the other relevant people (IR) and get *** money paid back.

Screw this not grassing on people. If they are evading taxes and trying to at like mafia, then sort it out. WE have laws, and they should be adhered too.

firstly send over the OcUK warrior clan we'll sort those door men out  i can bring some of the quarter backs from our team too :D

then id report her to your boss and tell the IR :)

hope it works out for ya mate!
