For those who can't wait for Riot to sort out facebook link on their page - the Pink Tristana skin (and champion if you don't have it already - so excellent for new players!!). The below worked nicely for me :)

figured out how to get the tristana skin,
1. get a us account
2. make sure you're logged in to your us account and facebook and that you are a fan of LoL
3. go to http://www.leagueoflegends.com/facebook to get the skin on your us acc
4. log in to your eu account and go to http://eu.leagueoflegends.com/facebook and the skin should be added

Would do it but, dont use Tristana, and dont use facebook lol. Lose lose situation :p

Btw anyone else had the friends privleges withdrawn for Moojuic3? think he's removed me from his friends list or something lol. Guess anims hon friends dont like me (us?) anymore :p

Read on the forums that one of the ways Riot is considering handling the leaver issue is to place them in their own match making area so leavers would have to play leavers - what a vile place that would be lol. It would need to handle afk issues though - otherwise all that will happen is players will stay afk in game which is as irritating.

you get kicked for beeing afk but i guess theres always ways around that.
 
That's my thoughts but then you'd have someone continually feeding or being a nuisance or 100 reasons which would just make the game unpleasant to play. Certainly would love to see the leaver aspect incorporated in some form - would be very nice for everyone else :)

Thing is at what point would you say they join the other section? 10%?
I think if your not active for 5mins you get kicked atm, so I think most afk's are still there but just don't play :(
Should make it so, if you don't cause any damage for 5mins (to player or minions) you get kicked.
 
I think we just have had a case in point. An AFKer who would play when we were winning and then go afk when he died. Very strange play but he would have fallen outside of it. Those that leave I suspect are <18 generally immature so if they couldn't leave they're just spam chat/ping or the like :(

Ashe didn't get his changes :( So whilst I felt my stun was less effective close up it wasn't in reality. Also he didn't get his new scout which was a shame.

In addition the Morgana skin is now available and he new champion. Yet to see it played wel but it does seem quite interesting

IN line with bringing US and EU champion rotation together they have skipped a couple of weeks

Otherwise after a dire couple of days Joop and Mikail joined us last night and we managed to get 3 good wins. Fun times again - or maybe our ELO had got so low that it was bound to happen :)
 
lol tals we r just skilled lol!! the riot servers are 100% 4 me now, i might of DCed a few times but thats my bthomehub!! the game is now greater!!
 
New hero seems quite good. Only trouble is that everything except 1 spell is a DoT which makes it almost impossible to burst anyone. With all the new spell vamp items you can make him quite survivable though, especially since it makes your ultimate into something similar to Fiddle's drain except that it stuns.

I'll get vent installed today! I promise! No idea if my mic works though ;/

I couldn't remember who you were so didn't invite you last night :(

If you get into Vent that effectively 'reserves' your spot to make the 5. So very much worth doing even if you only use it to listen not use the mic which one of the players does. So the mic is not a critical!!

Just remember we play to have fun - we will loose but as long as we have fun losing it really doesn't matter. If you need to win at all costs don't join us :)

I'm not that bothered about winning/losing as long as I have fun and don't get completely owned ;p
 
Maybe we should try playing top ELO champs for our team instead of randomly picking.

Ashe + Janna + Ezreal + Shen + Any decent damage. From the way they talk about that combo on the forum it should be instant win before the game starts lol.

I could play shen i guess, as im used to tanking and have decent runes, know lab used to be awsome at ez if we can track him down. Anyone fancey giving Janna a go? lol

Joop plays a pretty awesome Janna. Though i'd far prefer to be in a group with your Blitz than Shen any day - comedy value alone is worth it :) That said you playing the Armadillo that stole my Lizard buff was pretty amusing as well :)

Allowing banning of certain champions, draft mode to have only 1 champion on the arena.

All sounds good to me. Enjoyed my session with Annie last night, Ashe is my favourite but I did liek Annie.

8 Game winning streak at the moment, it's going to end in tears :(

What are people's views on setting up a clan for Season one when it's out?

Marc Merrill: We haven't announced those [latest] numbers, but we're probably going to in the relatively near future, because they're substantial. We've been really excited and pleased with the game's growth and success. One of the coolest things, too, is that the growth has been really consistent. When players come in and start playing LoL, a lot of them stick around, they're thrilled at the depth of the game, and then they want to go bring in their friends to play with them. So it's been great. As we've gone broader, we've actually grown even faster. That's a trend that's generally not the case in games. Most games start off, you get a whole bunch of people upfront, and then it slowly dies down. Ours has been the opposite.

hahaha, was powerballing from top lane to bottom lane quickly, didnt even have the screen over where i was. I couldnt have timed that better if i tried it 100 times lol.

Rest of our team (not on vent) didnt seem impressed with that steal :D
