Early start at work tomorrow.
I couldn't have a birthday without playing LoL - hit it very late and we managed to get a group together Silent/Random/Siox. 2 really good games, found a good random for the first and got him in on the second - both games the other team surrendered around the 30 minute mark 
On another note from last nights chat i've reinstalled Demigod if anyone wants to try it out again - it's going to fail and our memory of it is definitely skewed but it's on my machine

I've got Demi God, but not played since release, I'll have to reinstall impluse and download again over the weekend. As long as they've fixed the servicer issues, as the game itself was good. Just not the disconnecting every 5mins when a game got started!
EDIT-Update on the server front for LOL
As announced here (FAQ), Riot Games will be directly publishing League of Legends in Europe. The transition will start Monday Tuesday 25th at 12:01am GMT and will end Thursday May 27th at 12:01am. Once the transition is complete, Riot Games will have sole responsibility for League of Legends in Europe.
While the game itself will remain accessible during the whole transition period, the shop will be closed and all experience, stats and IP earned during those three days will not be saved. This is due to the fact that we will be transferring data from GOA's servers to Riot's European servers, which will open when the transition is over. The alternative was to completely shut down League of Legends while we transferred the data, but we feel it more desirable to let you play for fun during this time.
When the Riot servers open, you will find your account exactly as it was Tuesday May 25th at 12:01am GMT. The only thing missing will be the detailed info on the last ten games you played, as displayed in the bottom-left-hand corner of the "My Account" section of the pvp.net. This section will repopulate as you play.
Please note that the GOA forums will remain available until the new Riot servers go up, at which time the GOA forums will be replaced by Riot's new European forums. If there are any posts you wish to backup, please do so as they will be wiped when the new Boards go live.

Malzahar, The Prophet of the Void
Summon Voidling (Passive)
After casting 5 spells, Malzahar summons a Voidling to engage enemy units for 21 seconds. Voidlings grow after 7 seconds (+50% Damage/Armor), and Frenzy after 14 seconds (+100% Attack Speed).
Call of the Void
Malzahar opens up two portals to the void, After a short delay, power erupts from the voids, dealing damage and silencing all enemies hit.
Null Zone
Malzahar creates a zone which deals the greater between a flat damage and a % of the target's max health.
Malefic Visions
Malzahar infects his target's mind with cruel visions of their demise, dealing damage each second. If the target dies while afflicted by the visions, they pass on to a nearby enemy unit and restore mana to Malzahar.
Nether Grasp
Malzahar grips his target in an engulfing void of energy, dealing damage each second

They are awesome to keep it going. Really looking forward to this.
On the DemiGod note - there is no way they have sorted the netcode out - but happy to prove everyone on this

Read the original post which gives more detail and various videos, add as all in friends but yes so far this game has sucked probably 400 hours of my gaming time since January and I still love it

This game has actually saved me money lol. And that`s despite having bought five collectors editions. Since discovering LoL I have not purchased any other games whatsoever, be that on PC or 360 etc.
At first it can be a little off putting as you will have no idea what the strong and weak points of each champion are but with time (not that much) you`ll get a much better feel of how to approach enemy champs etc.
There`s a great bunch of us that play together most nights and we always run Vent in the background as there is seldom time to type anything meaningful during matches. If you dont have a mic then its still worth hopping onto Vent so you can hear strategies and miss calls.

If anyone managed to get to the stats game on that last game we played can they upload it to lolbase, mine didn't so the stats for the game from my machine are lost.
Was an interesting game, really thought we were going to win it with all their inhibitors down but they were winning the team fights and that ultimately mattered

Earlier login was far quicker - same data new servers ho hum
