*** League of Legends ***

You're clearly not telling us everything. You can't get banned for taking blue lol. Taking blue from your mid however, is 90% of the time a horrible decision as a jungler.

Mid feeds more than 10% of the time, I ain't ever giving it to someone with 0/5/0 40cs @ 10 minutes for example, I rarely give my buffs away because you can't trust anyone with anything in League, the last thing you need when your team is feeding is to give the enemy 2 blues.

That only applies to soloQ though.

Indeed, I take blue unless the mid has reasonable CS & isn't feeding.

No way am I giving blue to somebody who dies every few minutes as it will just get transferred to the enemy team in no time.

Nice to see this game is still full of kids. 1st game back and some guy decides he's gonna feed all game because there's a guy on our team he's played with before who's a feeder. Hopefully he gets banned but they don't seem to care as this type of crap seems to happen every few games.

I'll sort it out this morning, mumble uses certificates so if you connect on a different machine you either need to have that certificate, or use a different name or have one of the admins delete you from the registered users list so you can reconnect

OK done :)

Because i'm not around so much and it's quieter I have allowed users to register themselves which then allows you to speak when first joining. If we hit the problems of before where users were being disruptive we will go back to admins registering but hopefully it can manage itself and be a place where players can play with other likeminded people :)

my advice is never play against bots!
they dont teach you crap

i learnt that at lvl 30 :( two years ago)

i stopped playng like 2 years ago

then jumped in, peeps accusing me of buying the account (who even does that) :((

I recently started playing LoL. Could anyone recommend a good champ to start on mid with please?

Cho'gath - easy to learn / mechanics and is pretty forgiving mid because he gets really tanky if you build rod of ages and rylais. Also the added bonus is that you can play him jungle and top too (some even play supp but not recommended). My advice would be to just try and master a few champs at first

If you want to climb, don't play support in Silver or below. You'll never rank up! Every ADC seems to think that it's your job to make sure they play correctly. Given up with ranked as it's just infested with kids and ragers.

That's pretty much your job description as support. If you aren't doing everything you possibly can to help your AD then you're not playing support correctly. The biggest problem I see with low level support players is they value their own life over their ADs. If you aren't blocking skill shots, standing in between your AD and theirs (thus pressuring the enemy to hit you instead of the AD) and literally dying if it means your AD will live, you're playing the role incorrectly. I see so many supports just sitting back while their AD just gets destroyed by two champions, and they're just doing nothing to help. You aren't a ward bot. Every time the enemy attacks you instead of the AD, your chances of winning the trade/fight increases dramatically.

2 things to you absolutely have to do if you aren't already. 1. walk up when your AD wants to cs. This is the most important thing as support. If the enemy lane sees you aren't prepared to contest cs, they're just going to pressure your AD every time he goes to hit a minion. You don't have to do anything fancy, literally walk at the enemy when your AD is going for a last hit. 2. walk at the enemy champions. It's so simple yet low level supports just don't do it. Every time you walk at the enemy you create a small amount of pressure. Low level players don't handle pressure well. They don't know how to trade properly and don't know what to do against aggression. Walking at someone and threatening autos or spells will make the AD not want to go in for a cs.

(I've been playing with low level people a lot lately so this has been bothering me :D)
