Nuts weekend, the tilt was REAL...

Friday: got to promos into gold 1 failed.
Saturday morning: got to promos into gold 1 again failed.
Saturday evening: dropped to gold 3
Sunday: back into gold 2.

Honestly the tilt was so real.. my aim is to get plat before the season ends then sit down properly, work out my weaknesses and stick to a max of 2 champs to master in a lane..
 
Enjoying my return but at a more relaxed level so pay as and when and usually only one or two games. Not returning to solo q ever
 
Hey guys, thinking of upgrading one of my league rigs to windows 10. Is there any issues with windows 10 in combo with a 290x in league?

Also i main support if anyone wants someone to play with, am in need of bot lane bruisers and ADCs, am sick of getting people who don't click lanterns. I usually play thresh/blitz/braum/karma in that order.
 
Or anyone with any AMD card?

Just post the fps, OS, GPU and CPU and resolution. For the sake of consistency, use the in game fps counter rather than fraps (although performance hit is probably tiny). I see many posts about huge drops in FPS and am trying to find out if it will be still playable or whether itl be completely broken.

I have a 290x with Win10 and have no issues at all.
 
Ohhh great, what sort of frame rate are you getting?

I want to limit my fps to 75 as my monitor has a refresh rate of 75Hz but there is no in game option, i take it there is an option in CCC. I would normally leave it uncapped but i believe freesync is meant to go freaky if the fps is out of range and considering i was well into the hundreds before, it will be a possibility after i upgrade.

Are there any OCuk teams?

I am not amazing but i would love a chance to try and rank in 3 and 5 team with regulars.

I frame lock at 60fps, and it hits that solidly. No idea how high it can go though :)
 
Thanks guys, guess i will upgrade this weekend then.

I bought a 21 by 9 screen for games like these and the extra range really seemed to help me spot the odd opportunity in rift. I have even been warding slightly differently!

The group we formed some time ago still exists and plays regularly , I've stopped pushing it here as people would say they were interested but in reality they weren't. My suggestion if you are really keen to get some ocuk groups together is set up a discord voice server (it's free) and post a link in here. You may get lucky, it's quite hard work, the issues are people's play times and also their expectations on what they want from the game. The ocuk chat room in lol still exists but no one really uses it. Voice chat is critical

i think it has gotten worse. i was leveling a new account with a friend and at such low levels people are wishing cancer on each other, wishing their mothers would die, and get aids.. and this is pre30... imagine these tools in a ranked game.
 
Pre level 30 is much much worse than after level 30. I can't even remember the last time I saw any of what you mentioned.

Pre level 30 is mostly the people who have been banned for toxicity and are leveling smurfs.

I think it's more the level you play at rather than a pre post 30. I no longer play in solo queue, my repertoire is too limited and it's just not enjoyable for me, those in the group who played solo reported pre season end the trolling and behaviour was very poor (silver and gold). When we play with randoms some of their attitudes and self beliefs are shocking. Generally we limit ourselves to one random :)
