You can't condition sealed leather. This leather is coated.
You can only feed/condition unsealed leather such as equistrian saddles.
If you use these soap and oil emulsion conditioners on coated leather, it just builds up a horrible shiny layer that collects dirt as in the photos.
What you need is a very mild surfactant and warm water a soft brush and damp cloth/terry towel to get back to the clean matt finish of new leather seats or some Dr Leather wipes if you want to pay the £ and be sure it's safe. If it is stubborn like they have used silicones just wait a day and try again so it doesn't get too damp.
