miniature version of a fan assisted oven

I saw "air fryer" chips at the supermarket the other day
I can name two very friendly members of the H&G sub who would definitely lap that up and congratulate each other on a purchase well made.

I don't get why people think air fryer is air tight though, that would make it a pressure cooker, so while probably no botulism, definitely bacteria on that 2 day tater that even Gollum would turn his nose up at

I eat 3 day old rice that been out of the fridge the whole time. As long as it doesn't start to look or smell funny its probably fine. ish.

Slice it up, fry it in a pan with some oil until the edges are all crispy.

Bung a couple of fried eggs on top with runny yokes, bit of tomato ketchup.

Booooooooooooooooosh.

I had it with some cheese and some avocado!

Yep. I'd reheat it too. But I hate waste and have a fairly tough constitution so I doubt it'd do much harm.
Same. The only time I've been really ill is when I ate rice I thought was a day old. But I think it was more like a week. I was OK. But damn. That toilet suffered!

Bacillus cereus is serious business, everytime you're doing this you're basically playing Russian Roulette if you're leaving cooked rice outside of the fridge for days, there's even a term for it, Fried Rice Syndrome
