Left For Dead 2 .... This Must Be said .....

It is pretty much exactly the same as the first but with bits added on, just what fans wanted. if you didn't like the first you won't like this but for £25 it is more than worth it

I don't mean this in a they havn't changed anything sorta way, but what did you expect?

There are still a lot of changes but the reason it seems exactly the same is because the concept is exactly the same.

Not really a lot you can change about that.

it seems to be what L4D should have been... there's nothing really new or amazing about it. simply better graphics, new guns and a few more enemies.

I agree.

I have no intention of buying.

Will stick to Killing Floor with 5 other mates.

Best 20 quid ive spent all year, that being said, did you expect them to change a winning formula all that much?

Its ok nothing amazing though i played it for 30 min so far its great for a quick blast but nothing more.

Best game this year.

Fixed
I know MW2 will win even though everyone agrees it isn't as good as the orginal, but nothing has come to being half as fun to me.

Some games have been good, but a long the line I'm just not playing them anymore where as L4D2 I will be playing till this time next year with the odd Mass Effect2 and SupCom2 blips

It's bigger, better laid out, more weapons, new crescendos, plan-breaking new special infected and new modes which are amazing fun. However, I appreciate that everyone's taste is different and so it may not appeal to some. As for those who say it's not worthy of a standalone release and should be an addon, they're either not playing the game to anywhere near its full potential or they're thick.

I'm enjoying it, but i don't find it as atmospheric as L4D. Don't really know how to describe it. The rain campaign is good, though.

If any of you lot complaining about it are currently bumming MW2, you're hypocrits because that's even less of a sequel than L4D2 is.

I spent £20 on it and have got my moneys worth out of it already in the 4 days of it being released.

I think its a worthy sequel, original.. no of course not.. I cant see how you can make a sequel original for a start. More of the same.. yes.. they had a winning formulae with l4d1 (if you liked it) so why would they steer too far from that?

I think the additions that they have made to the game are worth putting it as a new release. If your not sure if your going to like it.. go play the demo.. its not like your not getting a fair chance to see whats its like from that.

In my opinion it is mostly the same as Left 4 Dead 1, but that's not a bad thing.

Essentially, I paid £20 for 5 new maps, 4 new characters, many new weapons, and new enemies for a game I love.

Sounds like a bargain to me, especially as I feel the 5 new campaigns are much better than the old ones.
