Legend of Zelda. How are people finding it?

Is it in the main 'pond' or the tiny bit behind that bridge?

Ive done the Cave Of Ordeals. I'd previously done to level40, then quit as i wanted to do a bit more of the story. Did it fully last night, and it wasnt that hard. The two hardest bits were the 4 armoured lizards/the poe(a right pain in the rear, cos the lizards are quite fast, and its hard to get a shot in, especially if the Poes trying to hit you as well. :p.) and the last ice one, with 2 of those ice breathing things, and loads of ice keese & ice men.
The three darknuts wernt that hard suprisingly, i managed to get them into a position that allowed me to get a single strike in on one of them every now and then. So it was long and drawn out, and required a lot of dodging, but i beat them in the end! :D

The Cave of Ordeals took me quite a few attempts, because I tried it before I had all the items you needed, how was I to know? :o So I was a little disappointed with the reward. But it was fun :D I found the bits with the redeads a bit tricky, but I had low health already and they kept freezing me.

OK
Im soo near the end now

Ive done EVERYTHING except find all the poes (got 41 :()

Just about to enter Hyrule Castle, kinda don't want to finish it now though, I dont want it to end :(

Love the game

Just one question:
At the south exit to Castle Town there is a chest in the middle of the stairs (with a little bit of water around it), but I cant seem to get to it, anyone want to explain to me how to get it?

I've only just started playing (about 3 hours in) and I have to comment on how good this game looks and how well it plays. The controls take a bit of getting used to, but they seem pretty intuitive.

It's my first Zelda game (the Wii is my first console!) and I think on the strength of this I might have to invest in some of the others in the series.

You can double clawshot your way down. I missed it too first as its hard to see.

The last time I played Zelda was on Gameboy color. When I got Wii and Zelda, I was wondering how well it would fare going from top view to 3D and I have to say I'm impressed. Zelda is something that cannot be ignored with any Nintendo consoles!

Ahhh
Ive got it now, using the hookshot and the spinner on the tower just north of the chest

100 rupees

Just have to finish it now

Got it. It wierd because it looks like a fish until you get the 'da da' scene when you get something new, then it looks like a bottle.:p

Cool, the cave of ordeals was a bit of a tough nut, did it on my second go through, those 3 guys at the end **HARDCORE**

Nuts, I've really been caught by the Zelda bug,

I've been playing OoT Master Quest since I finished TP, feels strange but comfortably homely

I must admit that the Zelda games have lost a bit of magic for me. Recently got the Gamecube version of TP, and am finding it more of a chore than enjoyment at the moment. :(

Hopefully it will get better, but maybe I'm just growing out of it!! It just seems far too similar to previous games.

I haven't played it since I had last posted due to being to busy.

But picked it up again last night and where it said 10 hours playtime at the beginning it now says 15 :D

I just got the Zora armor and at the entrance of the zora temple.

Going to attempt it tonight.

My mate is about 26 hours into the game and is loving it.

Haven't actually read most of the thread at the risk of reading spoilers but it definitely exceeds my expectations. And I can very much definitely say Midna is my favourite character in any game ever. :D
