Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha and four other people were killed when their helicopter crashed just outside the club's King Power Stadium in October 2018.

Not sure how far this would go unless the blame the manufacturer wholly and it had proof of all service etc. Didn't Paul Walker's family try to sue Porsche for his death?
