Stock should be with us today and shipped today or over the weekend.

We'll be about 17 units short of fulfilling everybody's orders so if you don't get a shipping notification today or over the weekend then you will be first in the queue for the stock due to land in August.
 
I'll open pre-orders around lunchtime tomorrow and keep open until I see we've reached more than our expected next intake. This isn't an exact science so please be patient and if I'm late I'll email everyone who is likely to miss out to see if they want to keep their pre-order or cancel.

We should receive 200 units this month (ETA is second week of August but waiting on confirmation from forwarder), with around 10% of those already reserved for those who missed out July.

I've been told to expect no more until October after this.

I'll post here the same time I enable pre-orders. If the buy button isn't live for you then try "ctrl-F5", not "alt-F4".

I've just added a week on to the "second week of August". Afraid there isn't much science in it. Just my best guess according to the eta I'm given.

Now had an updated ETA of 31st August to the distributor, so a couple of days later to get the stock to us.

I've emailed everyone with a pre-order.

We should have a small amount left over for general sale after pre-orders have been fulfilled.
 
Just had word from the distributor that they should be delivered to us Wednesday or Friday.

They have had a new IT system installed 4 weeks ago and are still dealing with the fallout. Getting any deliveries off them has been a nightmare.

Until now they haven't even been able to give us this much info so I haven't had anything definite to report sorry.

Hopefully not long to wait now!
 
Right, they landed just over an hour ago and the vast majority of pre-orders have shipped already. The remainder should also ship before cut off.

Because of all the delays, to reward you all for your patience and understanding my colleague went through all the pre-orders earlier today and added a free 3XL OCUK Premium Elite Deluxe Tactical Gaming Surface for each order.

Due to the hour of the arrival of the stock I felt we just had to ship every unit with the shipping options selected at time of purchase (instead of waiting and allowing people to ring up to change to Saturday delivery if they so wanted).

Better them all shipping before cut off than them all missing cut off and everyone's not arriving until Tuesday.

I sincerely hope everyone enjoys their new monitors! I'm sure you will!

I'll make the remainder of the stock live for sale off the page on Monday.

We oversold by a few units as there is a lag in between taking an item off sale and the item not being available for sale on the website.

We sent out orders in time date order so there was no jumping the queue from anyone.

I emailed everyone at the tail end of orders who we didn't have enough for to keep them informed with the latest ETA so they could cancel their pre-order if they wished. Or hold on to it if they wanted to wait.

Trust me your order number @Fabrix2005 so I can look into it for you in case a mistake has been made.

The price was increased by £40 ex vat on the 07/05 and that is the only increase we have made.

We haven't had any info. I don't think it's common enough for a recall or anything.
