LG 32GK850F anygood?

So very true, and after years with fast TN monitors it feelt like total garbage, even the g-sync version should be the fastest VA so far. But I love the PG, as it's almost as fast as a TN :)
Just wish for better VA panels, as I love the contrast. My Sony X9005E 55 Tv blows this PG out of the water, as it should beying a great VA Tv with FALD and also HDR!
To bad that the monitor market is pretty much crap. Feels like it have stagnated long ago.

Well their is hope atleast, as the LG OLED 48 incher is on the way. But I would much more like to have say a 32 inch superfast monitor, for that desktop experiance. Well me might aswell just have to wait for Micro LED or such to take of!

I would actually save up for an LG C9 if they made it in 38" or 42". 55" is just to big for me personally for a my desk. Tried the LG 49UK6300 TV on the pc that we bought a few months back and man I was reminded how much I miss IPS colours and the 4k clarity wasn't something I had expected to be that sweet and that is from a cheap and properly not that great TV. In game mode the input lag was still there but it wasn't that bad for games like division or similar.

Im owning this monitor 850F. I have some questions:
1. Have been any firmware update for this monitor?
2. The overall sharpness and representation of text is disappointing. I have eye strain. I tried to set ClearType, but it doesnt help too much. Is there anything what could improve this issue?
3. The left and right edges of the monitor looks like little bit curved. Is it normal? Im sitting about 45-50cm from the monitor.

A 32" 4k monitor or 27" 1440p is likely to be better for you if text, reading eye strain etc is of a concern. As it is a 32" 1440p where the ppi isn't brilliant. Never been an issue for me personally however i know its more likely for some.

I have mine (G-sync ver) about 70-80cm away and all looks fine. Gaming wise is a brillant monitor and i haven't had any issues with it aside from a bit of ghosting here and there but nothing that has bothered me.

Shouldn't be curved either. Mine is dead flat.

That's problem of half pixel structure of those VA panels:

Nothing you can do besides trying different ClearType settings.

Yeah a 38 would do it, and maybe even the upcoming 48. But I think it probably will be way to large. Oh well lets wait and see.
