LG 34GK950G, 3440x1440, G-Sync, 120Hz

depends all o what you want and what you are used too, and how sensitive you are for it. but for me yes. its definitely worth to get the gsync model. its the only one i would want. so yes its "slow"
other monitors are sometimes much worse here you get the idea

for me that 10ms is a lot.

Got any pictures of the BLB in a dark room? I know that makes it look worse, but probably the best way to see how much these monitors have (on average).

Also any updates on the pictures of the colours? Ideally next to a SRGB monitor would be perfect.

I just got my monitor redelivered and setup last night. Working all day today and next week but I’ll try to get some side by side photos up.

Im guessing those that got this monitor already are those that got international shipping, from the egg place lol for £1300 or am i wrong. cause there is no where in the uk selling it yet.

Mm nice one, by the way your question about gamma, You would want mode 3 as 2.2 gamma is best for monitors.

Here you guys go.. A quick preliminary post before I get you guys some better material and shoot some realtime videos:

Wide gamut vs sRGB gaming

Mirrored displays, LG 950G on left, 100% sRGB coverage ASUS monitor on right. Obviously I couldn't use the full ultra wide rez on the 950G so that's why you see black bars. It's at 2560x1440. Yes, both displays were calibrated using the i1 Display Pro and DisplayCal.

Anyone that thinks the 950G is too over-saturated for gaming is full of horsesh*t. Yes you can tell the colors are slightly more vibrant. But to think it is wildly inaccurate is crazy.

You can barely tell the difference:

Thanks for the pictures, can you do some of normal images? For example peoples faces or nature etc?

Also is the white uniformity good? For example the X34P has a problem where the right side is warmer (yellow), not sure if they all have that but it is a common problem from what I have read.

i see blb from at least 3 corners on that ultrawide
its amazing how much this panel costs yet still they cant solve the blb issue on IPS.. though i will admit it does not look at all bad in comparison to others.
