What are the OCUK policies in terms of bad panels? Dead pixels, excessive BLB, uniformity problems, etc?

No one knows for sure at this point but Gibbo alluded to it saying he ordered the entirety of UK stock. Didn't sound like there was any actual exclusivity deal, just that there's not much stock coming into the country anyway and Gibbo decided to take it all since he's confident he will sell it.

It's over the £950 that Daniel initially stated, but that was a while ago now.
It is very expensive for a monitor, but it's also the only UW IPS FreeSync at that resolution which does 144Hz refresh so it kinda dictates the price as well.
If I can get a reasonable price for my old ROG Swift 27 TN panel then I'm very happy.

Thank you for answer. Lets hope our panels will be perfect as expected. Because if preorder items is going to have issues than is bad for business and reputation for OcUK and some other people on here.

Ya, I'm in the USA.. Got it from B&H Photo.. Such a shame, hopefully the replacement panel will come in 2 days (before the weekend).. But its a completely damaged panel, no back light bleed or anything subjective like that.. pics attached

There's BLB in the top right, and quite severe ips glow on the left (thought that could be due to the angle).
