If legit wrong you're good no matter where you buy it. The problem is when it comes down to the inherent IPS flaws of bleed and glow... most retailers don't recognise that as a fault. That said, you are allowed to return for no reason within 14-days regardless... you'd just have to pay for the cost of that return yourself.

looking at the recent annoucement theirs a couple of 38 monitors announced and a quick read I am sure they are all around the 1.6K range.

My XR34 is in desperate need of an upgrade and I'm not keen on the VA panels that *could* serve as an upgrade...
