LG c9 OLED

new firmware finally fixed my quick access problem, its always worked with apps but stopped working on any hdmi port, now i can assign my firestick to a button again

also i noticed last night that bloody true motion had been turned back on in all my picture modes so had to go in and turn it off, really hate the USA soap opera feel

I've been using discrete IR input commands, in macros so no issues ever.

Has anyone had any issues with bluetooth headphones and cut outs/crackling with this model? Have tried a few headsets including BOSE QC35 and 700s and a few earbud sets but the connection is bloody terrible at times. Are these even compatible with a BT dongle?
I know its an older TV now but I would prefer not to replace any time soon if I can help it

I use mine regularly with a few different buds and it works great. I'm 2.5m away. Just don't block the line of sight with your hands etc. And using the remote sometimes introduces crackles, though when watching and doing nothing but that it's works perfectly.

Nice, my C9 just got a software update with the same OS as my C2

I had to disable the new user interface, the old one is better.

There are a few things I don't like about the design of the new interface, but also the new interface is a bit laggy on the C9, where as the old one was buttery smooth

How do you set a default HDMI input? I do have macros but sometimes it shifts to aerial input.

If there is a way to trigger start up behavior I'd like to know as well

Everytime I turn my C9 on, it starts playing Netflix, I don't know why and its super annoying but I could be on youtube or a random HDMI input when I turned the TV off and then when I come back and turn it on, Netflix starts up

That isn't right! Netflix have a number of policies including starting the TV in Netflix if it was put to standby in Netflix, netflix button pressed from standby, etc.

But it shouldn't do it if you were on a different input. I'm assuming you're turning on with the power button on a remote control? What happens if you press a number key?

Have you assigned Netflix to a speed dial?

New interface is terrible but I guess i'll be less disappointed with my G4 when it arrives as I have been eased into it.

Mine always starts on my Virgin box but that's because I setup it up to do so by HDMI CEC/Simplink and only ever turn on/off the VM box for TV start up typically.
