Very sad but he isn't the first to go this way and almost certainly won't be the last. They're very often very young to cope with fame and all that comes with it.

happens in all walks of life its just bigger news if it happens to a celeb
Yup, I had a friend who ended it all after a bad breakup with his girlfriend. No one knew, I mean obviously, people knew he'd split up with her but he was obviously struggling a lot more than he'd let on, people with severe depression etc.. are able to mask it.
It seems like perhaps a similar trigger may have been a factor in this case too sadly.

You just reminded me of a distant memory, 45 odd years ago, a friend of mine, great lad, committed suicide for the same reason, breakup with his girlfriend.

Yeah it's definitely sad but they really overuse the "BREAKING NEWS" ticker. It's flashed up for everything now.

While I dont really have an opinion one way or another, what I find sad, is on the radio its all about him as a musician and artist, yet on the various 'news' websites its all about how he was troubled and struggled with drink and drugs and was abusive to his ex-girlfriends, the guys still warm and yet some of the things you see being put out there are just in bad taste IMHO...
Wonder why, when things like this come out less than 24h after someone dies there's a lack of compassion, why primarily guys, take their own lives rather than reaching out to someone....
