Nice to see a fresh shipment arrive today!
Cant wait to get it installed.

I did also add a couple sets of the ST120 Fans also, also due in stock yesterday - hopefully will all be shipped soon.
 
I've ordered a galahad (which is in stock) and a triple pack of unifans (which aren't in stock). Will the aio only ship once the fans are in stock?
 
Hi @Robbie_G I recently received the "Lian-Li O11 Dynamic XL (ROG Certified) Aluminium Midi-Tower - White" (OC4186244) and opened it today to start my build but unfortunately discovered that the base has been badly damaged with the metal caved in on the underside of the case. I have reached out regarding a return and re-ordered the case (OC4194583) but wondered if you could confirm if I will have to wait until 10th February for it to return to stock per the current ETA on the website?

I ordered the galahad with some fans that now appear to be out of stock. I thought they were in stock when I ordered them although now I beginning to wonder whether I accidently ordered out of stock items. Is there anyway to know what's holding up an order and remove something from an order that's holding up despatch.

I have asked the warehouse manager if there is an issue with this order but from what I can see is 2x FG-00G-LL - Lian-Li UNI SL120 Addressable RGB Black 120mm Fan is out of stock. Just seeing if we have any in returns as failed deliveries or unwanted to help you out.
 
Hey @Robbie_G Just seen the Lian Li o11 mini mid (white) jumped to Feb 22nd instead of the Feb 10th, I ordered mine on the 7th Jan, my order number is OC4176497
does this mean my order will be delayed till the 22nd or will I get mine on the 10th?

Sorry to bother you again Robbie, if I order 3x individual SL120 white should they be on the next shipment due on the 10th? As in you’re expecting more than have been preordered?
