thanks im just waiting on delivery of the Asus Formula X570 motherboard and the 3900X CPU.

Then will start building the rig, GPU will be a nvidia 2080 Super.

Where can you get the monitor firmware?

Also im really struggling on what fluid to put in the system i want yellow but i dont want all the crap of clogging!!!

once you've installed software for it and connected USB cable from monitor to Mobo- you should find you can update it from there
