Looking forward to doing my squat form tonight. I know it's deload week but I may do a double of something quite heavy just so we can see the form when it's not easy peasy.
Although the programme shouldn't technically be going to PBs at that point, 240kg is actually a 5kg PB for deads. I should have hit that 6 months ago, so not anything to get too excited about.
I don't really want to speculate on PBs too much, but my programmes projected PBs are squat/bench/dead 227.5kg/137.5kg/252.5kg. Could be a little bit more or less than these, we'll just have to see.
Perhaps because it was slower I was able to control it better. I don't think I could do any sort of speed without getting more bum tuck. Need to keep hammering the stretches until I become a supple leopard!
