Does wendler alloy for any hypertrophy? I figured it was all strength based? :)

I'll be honest, even while doing my hypertrophy routines I'm gaining strength, so it's not too bad.

Not really it is very much a slowly but surely strength builder. Although I do have a feeling there may be a setup for the assistance work such as BBB which may allow for some growth but don't quote me as it's been a while since I've read it.

Well the BBB ranges are 5x10, so I guess that might be within your hypertrophy range? Although if you're happy with your current routine, then probably stick to that.

Oh I'm not changing, I'd just rather get the information in my head for when I do change a few months down the line once I begin to bulk up again...Seeing as I've got an inch of fat on my tum tum, it won't be any time soon :p
 
Managed 122.5 x 8 for my bench press + set tonight, not a bad performance. The BBB was a bit light though, think I'll look at increasing the weight a bit next week. I didn't do Kroc rows, instead opting for seated cable rows and some wide grip pull ups.
 
Your BBB set was far too easy :) But I'm not sure how it should be fitting in with regards to your program.

Ta for the spot tonight, I'd have ended up with a BB over my neck otherwise probably :D

WU - 55x5, 67.5x5, 80x3
WS - 102.5x5, 115x3, 127.5x7
BBB - 67.5x10 x5

Seated Cable Rows - 65x10 x5

21/8/12
531 Squat
WU - 65x5, 80x5, 97.5x3
WS - 122.5x5, 137.5x3, 155x8
BBB - 80x10 x4

Leg Curls - 50x10 x4

Glutes were firing tonight so managed to crack out 8 reps, not too bad.
 
Sorry I missed your post in my log.

I would have suggested just focusing on it more, and perhaps concentrate on spreading the floor. Nice squats today!
